International lawyer firm "Stibbe" wanted to get "out of the box" in their
promotional website for catching "stagiaires".
Supporting the print campaign concept and visual style, the website recreates the international world of Stibbe, plenty of opportunities and values to be a succesful lawyer.
The print campaign images are hidden all over the world waiting to be found, so the user plays while completes the emotional message: The possibility of an international and succesful career.

Fully students-oriented, playful, smooth, intriguing, but keeping the rational information easily accessible.

Set of banners to support the TV campaign.
3 Different scenarios in a banner, as a starting point.
The challenge was to mix them consistently, give more relevance to the main element (a "Gereserveerd" sign), while showing all the key visual elements from each scenario, in such small and different formats.
Subtile transitions, realistic animation and simplicity, made with a lot of care and sensitiveness, produced an attracting banner that does not let the user indifferent.

Online game to promote holiday trips from Schiphol.
Inspired by the real Kras games "look & feel", mixes appropiate ilustrations such skylines, planes, palm trees, baggages and stars, to create a universal "holiday + game excitement" feeling.
The coloured, positive and expressive design seduces and invites the user, while the simplicity keeps it intuitive to play.
The same vibe goes all over the campaign elements, even more in the banners, where the user can already try to scratch.

Online aplication where friend "A" asks friend "B" what presents "B" would like for Sinterklaas and Kerst. "B" would browse trough bol.com the presents he/she likes. While browsing, "B" will have at the bottom of his browser an overlay with a "Cadeaulijst", to add the presents he likes. This list is sended back to "A".

Use of Christmas elements related to bol.com huistijl, all set up in a smooth and simple way, in order not to disturb the user while he is browsing for presents.

MINISITE INTRO ANIMATION
VOLKSWAGEN "TOUAREG EXCLUSIVE EDITION" for achtung.nl
art direction, LEAD desigN, intro's concept and animation.

Minisite Intro that promotes the Exclusive edition (luxe) of the VW Touareg.
In order to make a relevant difference between the Touareg and the Exclusive Touareg, I suggested to show a relaxed presentation, against the energetic and powerful one that was usually shown for the Toaureg. Between 20 photos delivered by the client, I found that there was a very nice one, showing a peaceful sunset. I used that as a basis, and gave it life. The result... you must feel it...

BANK GIRO LOTERIJ "KIES DE KLUIS" for oer.nl

art direction, LEAD desigN, splashpage's ANIMATION.

Splashpage shown before BGL website, to let the user realize how many chances there are to win a prize with "Kies de Kluis" game.
The result was a mix between
the "Kies de Kluis" website and the offline massive mailing. Next to that, we had to make it interesting, positive and "hope-giving". The user could choose a lucky number, and see how the vault was opened, reminding that "1-from-5-wins!".
Good mix of photography, renders and expresive typography, with a smooth-flow animation between them.

Cd booklet design to represent the character of the band.
The music is a happy mix of samba, salsa, rumba, reggae and flamenco. Taking "Alice in wonderland" yellow bricks road as a guide trough all the booklet, it all becomes a small trip between brazil, barcelona, cuba and jamaica, trying to emphasize the musical influences of those countries in the band.

Collage with ilustration and typography design, all flows naturally shaken in a free world full of different colourful tastes.

vodafone "dance valley reporter"

Vodafone created the Dance Valley Reporter to promote 3G services. 2 reporters were choosen in a contest, to make a personal multimedia report of Dance Valley, using video, photos and text messages, that were upload automaticly to the website.
Graphic mix of Dance Valley style, Vodafone style, and artistic elements to suport the "self-expresion" feeling of the promotion.
Integrated and intuitive navigation with lots of multimedia elements. The banners use video to get user's attention.

schiphol "superstart je vakantie!"
co-creativity, co-art direction, LEAD design, banners' concept.

Game to promote offers from Reisbureau Schiphol.nl, and awareness of services available at Schiphol.
The creative briefing proposed doing just a casino-like carroussel game. I proposed to place it in Schiphol itself, and use a hostress as the navigation, to make it warm and human, trying to recreate a kind of brand-dialogue instead of brand-monologue.
Realistic airport graphics mixed with digital made ones, all placed in a pseudo-3D wide space, with a special stage for the game itself.

SKODA "volg de skoda rijder"
co-art direction, lead design, banners' concept and animation.

Having the TV commercials concept as a starting point (Compare your car with a Skoda), OER developed they idea of comparing your car with the same ranking Skoda model, trough official rankings. I suggested to use the 3 ranking models, and zoom in to the compared one in the second step, in a 3D effect. I kept the consistency by putting the TV commercials in. I also created the online campaign concept, using video, the Skoda end frame and an interesting twinkle to get user's click... check it!

Viral action to get bookings on the newcoming Harry Potter book, trough the sending of "screaming" emails.
Unique "look & feel" for a "Screaming-emails making machine", a mix between magical stuff from Harry Potter, mechanics from Star Wars useless robots, electronics from the 2nd hand electronics shop... For the talking email I made photos of a paper and animated them in 5 standard mouth movements. The whole action achieved the target of 80.000 bookings before launching the book!

vodafone "wk 2006"

co-art direction, lead design, banners' concept and animation.

Minisite and internal campaign to sell the Fifa WK 2006 packet, with several functionalities to follow the FIFA WK, such as goals alerts and reviews...
The result was a "NOW" look & feel minisite, with photographic elements placed in disorder, distorted scales, and football elements. The use of football videos across the site and the campaign, make it more exciting and real, specially for the banners.

An online game to promote the new gossip magazine "IN", using the same ironic methods used in the magazine.
Smooth, glossy, clean and cool "look & feel", following a exagerated Hollywood style, full of stars and striking colors. The purple color gives it class, and at the same time, gossip and sexual feeling.

here's a visual reference to the magazine acting as a header-logo, and giving the ilusion that the game is inside the printed magazine. The whole navigation stays intuitive and easy.

POSTBANK "MARKETEERS ZONDER HOOGTEVREES"

co-creativity, co-art direction, design, lion´s climbing concept and animation.

Online campaign to look for new "marketeers" for Postbank, following the printed AD concept showing the lion on the top of a postbank advertisement stick.
My proposition was to make it climb, and as he climbs, the message appears. It ends as in
the printed image.
For the lion animation we did a photoshoot. I took the best body parts, and placed them in flash. Each one moves according to the rest, and so does the background to give the impression of real climbing. Great result, realistic and funny.

Online campaign following the TV commercial. There was only 1 image given by the client. From that I took the parachutist and parachute out, got some clouds and a landscape image, and recreated the movement of falling.
Nice execution and consistency of the campaign, specially adapting it to such different banner's formats and kbs available.
Natural story-flow between images, message and branding, all moving in a realistic and funny" falling".

Having this "P" sign image as a basis, we decided to give it movement, making it funny and appealing to the user.
It acts as the main element, and guide us trough the message, placing itself according to the space available in each frame, and in each format.
Smooth and natural transition, that creates a perfect looping banner. Simplicity of the message sand the visuals make it easily understandable.

ONLINE CAMPAIGN
vodafone "ACQUISITION"
ART DIRECTION, lead design, banners' concept and animation.

Acquisition campaign to introduce Live TV at a very low price, with a free Samsung.
The main point was to show Live TV on a phone, but also showing the phone itself. The idea was to have an open telephone displaying the video, and close it in the second frame to show it completely. The transitions between sentences play with a zoom out effect, and random videos of well known series are loaded every time you open the banners.

vodafone kane music download

art diection, lead design, banner's concept and animation.

Vodafone wanted to promote the available music download from Kane latest single "I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY".
Digging into Kane's visual material, I found a video with a small part where the singer knocks on the camera. I took it out and putted it inside a phone. The result is that Kane tells you that you can download their single into your phone. It is a round metaphore about having Kane in your mobile... and it´s funny!

Online demo to show the procedure to use Vodafone services as Live TV, Music downloads or video calls.
A Sony Ericsson interface was used because they wanted to advertise that special phone. So we took it, and follow it as realistic as posible.
Pixel style design, smooth and sharp, shaping a clear and easy step-by-step demo.

jiba "SUNTREX BECOMES JIBA"
design, overlay's ANIMATION.

Overlay to tell that "Suntrex" changes into "Jiba".
It uses a metaphore of stripping paper, revealing what´s beneath. So the overlay is the old brand, and the content behind it, the new one. That makes easy to understand that Suntrex itself changes into Jiba.
Quite realistic effect, helped by a slight stripping sound.
